We ship using either Fed-Ex, UPS or USPS. If either of these services are not available in your area, please let us know in the comments portion of your checkout form. This allows us to offer the cheapest shipping rates possible. Please contact us with any questions.

  • Merchandise must be returned in original packaging. We do not refund for opened, used or repackaged items.
  • Return your purchase with a copy of your bill by Fed-Ex, UPS, or U.S. Mail. For your protection, insure your package.
  • You may make another selection or have your money completely refunded.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • A 25% restocking fee will apply to all items that included free shipping.



Be sure to inspect your shipment as soon as it arrives! If the product has been damaged during shipment, you must contact us IMMEDIATELY (within 24 hours), as the shipper has only a limited time to make a claim to the delivery company.

Most items are in stock and will be shipped in 2-3 business days. Furniture will take 2-4 weeks for delivery. If an item is on back-order, please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment.
